Additional Services & Terms

Prices valid for groups up to 25 people. Larger groups +5 € / person (max 32 seats).
Sauna (Apr–Nov): 20 € / hour (min 4h).
Charcoal grill: 15 € (please bring your own charcoal).
Minimum catering order: 350 €. Autumn–winter bonus (September–March): When you order all catering from us, we include 1 extra hour of venue hire free!

2. ADMIRAL'S HOUSE ON AEGNA ISLAND

Exclusive and private venue surrounded by nature. Due to unique island logistics, we take a flexible approach to every event.

Accommodation with breakfast

from 45 € / person

Min. fee 900 €. Plus 13% VAT.

Private Full-House Hire (without overnight stay)

from 700 € + VAT

Ideal for full-day seminars, summer outings, and workshops from morning to evening, with the whole venue exclusively for your group.

Seminar room for daytime events (until 16:30)

450 € + VAT

Shorter visits and lunches

If you wish to visit only for a few hours or a meeting, a symbolic room fee applies. Ask for a quote!

Catering

3-course lunch from 20 € / person

3-course dinner from 37 € / person

Price includes: appetizer, main, dessert, coffee, tea, water.
