Introduction

We have two different houses to offer for your event: the Captain's House in Rohuneeme in Viimsi with a ship's sauna and the Admiral's House on the island of Aegna .

We opened Aegna ADMIRALIMAJA in 2018 and completed comfortable accommodation for 30 in 2019. Events can be held for up to 80 people, as we have a large party room.

At the beginning of 2012, a beautiful and stylish CAPTAIN'S HOUSE with a SHIP SAUNA was completed in the small harbor of Rohuneeme, which can be rented for various events with a sauna for up to 30 people. The complex received recognition in the competition "Viimsi Kaunis Kodu 2012" - A MENTIONED BUILDING AWARD in the same year!

We can host various private and personalized events:

CAPTAIN'S HOUSE:

The exclusive nautical-themed CAPTAIN'S HOUSE is built in a log cabin style and most of the furnishings are handmade. The house is located right by the sea in the small harbor of Rohuneeme, and the windows offer a wonderful view of almost the entire Bay of Tallinn.

The house has a party room with a fireplace for up to 25 people, a kitchenette with necessary appliances (coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave), music center, LCD TV, and a toilet with a shower cabin.
In front of the house there is a large terrace with glass windows, where you can sit in the summer, watch the passing ships and wait for the dishes being prepared on the grill .

In the summer, it is the perfect place to hold your event for up to 30 people. The sunsets and the active life of the small harbor will win your heart.

Next to the captain's house is a unique and beautiful SHIP SAUNA, built inside a wooden ship, which was previously the "Tapurla" fishing trawler. The ship sauna has a steam room WITH SEA VIEW for up to 5 people at a time, a shower corner and a relaxation room with a table. Enjoy the sauna as if you were at sea! The sauna is open from March to November depending on weather.

The captain's house and sauna were built by active members of the Viimsi Voluntary Marine Rescue Association, because for many years we lived in an empty harbor area and when we came from the sea there was no warm place to even change clothes. We use the house in our free time for meetings and trainings of the association. Renting out the house also helps the Viimsi Voluntary Marine Rescue Association to exist and respond in case of maritime accidents.
